Job Overview

Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, personalised, and inspirational shopping experience for all customers

Actively drive sales and contribute to achieving store turnover targets

Motivate and support team members to reach sales goals

Maintain high visual merchandising standards for an attractive store appearance

Ensure the sales floor is clean, neat, tidy, and fully stocked
-
Monitor stock levels and assist in managing stock losses and shrinkage
-
Ensure all products are correctly priced with appropriate price stickers or signage

Participate in stock takes and cycle counts, and report any variances to the Area Manager

Follow point-of-sale and banking procedures accurately and responsibly

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Support the smooth daily operation of the store

Demonstrate and promote beauty and skincare products confidently

Create a positive store atmosphere that encourages repeat customer visits
Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
-
Passion for cosmetics, beauty, retail, and customer service
-
Knowledge of beauty and skincare products (an advantage)

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Good work ethic and hands-on attitude

Ability to work flexible retail hours

Basic computer skills, including email and Excel

Ability to stay calm, friendly, and professional under pressure

Physically able to stand for extended periods

Confident in demonstrating and promoting products
