    Job Purpose:

    To serve as the lead consultant in designing, building, and implementing intelligent automation solutions for SME clients. This role combines client-facing consulting with hands-on technical implementation using tools like Zapier, Make.com, N8N, and API integrations. As a founding team member, you will help shape Enablematic’s services, culture, and long-term growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Engagement & Discovery

    • Lead automation discovery workshops with SME clients

    • Map existing business processes and identify automation opportunities

    • Translate technical concepts into measurable business value

    • Present solution roadmaps, ROI projections, and implementation plans to stakeholders

    Project Delivery & Implementation

    • Build complex automations using Zapier, Make.com, N8N, and other tools

    • Design API and webhook integrations across systems (e.g., CRMs, finance platforms)

    • Develop workflows with conditional logic, data handling, and error recovery

    • Provide post-implementation support and client training

    Technical Leadership & Innovation

    • Recommend new tools and technologies

    • Document technical solutions and create standardised best practices

    • Mentor junior team members

    • Contribute to Enablematic’s internal process development

    Minimum Requirements:

    Technical Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum 3+ years experience building automations with tools like Zapier, Make.com, or N8N

    • Strong experience in API integrations, webhooks, and data transformations

    • Familiarity with SME software ecosystems (e.g., Monday.com, Xero, CRMs)

    • Technical troubleshooting and performance optimisation skills

    • Experience in workflow configuration including logic branches, loops, and error handling

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Confident presenting solutions to C-level stakeholders

    Nice-to-Have Skills:

    • Scripting knowledge: JavaScript, Python

    • Experience integrating AI tools/APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, Azure AI Services)

    • Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance best practices
