     Job Purpose

    The Sales Representative – New Vehicles is responsible for selling new vehicles by assisting customers through the entire buying process. This includes explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, negotiating prices, and ensuring customers have a positive buying experience while achieving dealership sales targets.

     Key Responsibilities

    Customer Engagement

    • Serve as the primary contact for customers interested in purchasing new vehicles.

    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.

    • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

    Product Knowledge and Demonstrations

    • Explain the features, specifications, and benefits of new vehicles.

    • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives for customers.

    • Keep updated on the latest vehicle models and automotive trends.

    Sales Negotiation and Closing

    • Negotiate vehicle prices and sales terms with customers.

    • Close deals and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.

    • Assist customers with the purchasing process and necessary documentation.

    • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.

     Minimum Requirements

    • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
