Job Purpose
The Trainee Sales Executive position is designed for individuals who want to start a career in vehicle sales. The role provides training and practical experience in selling vehicles, assisting customers, and building sales skills within a dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Interact with customers and provide a positive buying experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Vehicle Demonstrations
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
Explain features, benefits, and specifications of vehicles.
Sales Support
Follow up on potential sales leads.
Build a pipeline of potential customers.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Product Knowledge
Learn and maintain strong knowledge of available vehicle models.
Stay updated on product features and industry developments.
Performance and Targets
Work toward achieving monthly sales targets.

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Valid South African driver’s licence (Code B)
Clear criminal record
Basic computer literacy
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
