Overview:
Motus Isuzu Bloemfontein is seeking a motivated, target-driven Sales Representative to join its new vehicles division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling new vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking opportunities.
Conduct professional product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of new vehicles.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to understand client needs and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Stay informed about new vehicle models, specifications, pricing, and dealership promotions.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Sound knowledge of new vehicle models, features, and pricing.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
