Job Overview:
Workers Holdings is seeking an experienced Pest Control Technician to inspect, identify, and treat pest infestations across various sites. The technician will work independently or as part of a team and ensure treatments comply with safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections to determine appropriate pest control treatments.

Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and effectively.

Monitor results and perform follow-up services.

Keep detailed records of all pest control activities.

Recommend preventive measures to management.

Handle, lift, and carry pest control equipment.

Work in varying weather and confined conditions.
Candidate Requirements:

Education: Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience: Previous work as a Pest Control Technician or in a related field

Certification:
-
Valid Pest Management certification (P-number required)

Registration certificate from the Department of Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries

Skills:

Knowledge of pest behavior and control methods

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver’s license

Physically fit (able to stand, bend, and carry equipment for long periods)
