Job Purpose
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the Heineken Beverages portfolio within the Formal Off Trade Channel. The role focuses on building strong brand presence, driving market share, and developing partnerships with customers to achieve sales objectives aligned with Heineken’s strategic vision.
Key Performance Areas

Drive Market Share:

Increase product visibility and sales performance in designated territories.

Ensure RRSP (Recommended Retail Selling Price) adherence and promotional compliance.

Power Pack Compliance:

Implement and monitor price-driven promotions.

Drive Power Pack execution and compliance across all customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer partnerships.

Achieve required call strike rate and 4A score compliance.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement sales improvement initiatives.

Share new ideas to enhance sales force efficiency and overall effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
-
Matric Certificate (Compulsory)
-
Relevant Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial discipline.
Experience:

2–3 years’ experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or a related sales environment.
Working Conditions:

Flexible 44-hour work week.

Availability for weekend promotions and activities as required.
