Position Overview
The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling the Bank’s full product bouquet through responsible sales activities.
The role focuses on driving customer growth, revenue generation, collections performance, and delivering high-quality financial solutions while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
The consultant is accountable for sourcing new business, managing sales pipelines, executing marketing initiatives, ensuring zero-defect deal quality, and delivering superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Focus
Achieve growth, revenue, and collections targets
Meet and exceed activity metrics across product lines
Execute up-selling, cross-selling, and capital take-up strategies
Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients
Convert inbound leads and marketing opportunities
Conduct professional financial needs analysis
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports (if required)

Take full accountability for individual sales results

Monitor competitor activity and promotional trends
