About the Role:
As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities within your assigned territory, focusing on poultry system controllers, feeding and drinking systems, and related products. You will manage customer relationships, conduct regular sales visits, and work closely with operational teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct all sales, marketing, and customer liaison activities in the assigned territory.

Make regular sales visits to existing and potential customers.

Promote the company’s poultry system controllers, feeding & drinking systems, and related products.

Prepare and submit detailed sales quotations.

Manage sales database and maintain accurate sales and service visit reports.

Capture orders accurately and maintain documentation control.

Ensure adherence to credit and sales policies.

Provide support to the service department as needed.

Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and market trends.

Participate in trade shows (local, regional, national) when required.

Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues promptly.

Ensure stock availability by coordinating with operational departments.

Continuously update product and technical knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience

Matric certificate plus a National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

Experience and technical knowledge of poultry system controllers and feeding/drinking systems.

Sales and marketing experience.

Strong customer relations skills.

Financial literacy and business acumen.
Compensation
-
R20,000 – R25,000 per month (plus additional benefits or incentives to be advised).
