Job Overview
BKB Ltd is seeking a CHEP & Logistics Coordinator to join its PaKHouse Brands division, within the Gritco business unit, based in Bethlehem, Free State. This permanent role is suited to an experienced logistics professional with strong CHEP pallet management expertise and a structured, solutions-driven approach.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing CHEP pallet accounts, coordinating logistics processes, and ensuring efficient outbound and reverse logistics operations in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Gritco’s CHEP pallet account
Plan and coordinate outbound loads and reverse logistics processes
Oversee the movement, control, and reconciliation of CHEP pallets
Coordinate logistical processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
Liaise with key accounts and relevant stakeholders
Perform related administrative duties and reporting
Support logistics planning and supply chain optimisation initiatives
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in CHEP pallet management and logistics or supply chain roles
Skills and Competencies
