Job Overview
BKB Ltd is currently recruiting a Business Area Administrator to join its Livestock & Properties Division in Frankfort, Free State. This permanent position is ideal for a highly organised, detail-driven administrator who thrives in a structured business environment and delivers professional, client-focused service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations through accurate administration, wage and attendance processing, and effective client liaison, while upholding the professional image of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Administer wages, time and attendance (clocking) systems, and related recordkeeping
-
Provide administrative and operational support to the business area
-
Ensure accurate data capturing, document control, and report preparation
-
Manage vehicle and asset administration, including record maintenance and coordination
-
Coordinate general office administration processes
-
Support management with administrative tasks where required
-
Deliver professional reception services and maintain effective client liaison
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
-
Grade 12 qualification
-
Minimum 5 years’ structured administrative experience in a professional business environment
-
Proven experience in financial, payroll, or operational administration (advantageous)

Advanced computer literacy in MS Office, with strong MS Excel proficiency
-
Exposure to time and attendance / clocking systems and wage administration (advantageous)

Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

Valid driver’s license
