    About the Role

    Arthur Ford is a retail brand specializing in fragrances, health, face, and personal care products. They’re looking for someone enthusiastic, customer-focused, and sales-driven to deliver an exceptional in-store experience as a Brand Ambassador.

    This role is ideal for someone with retail experience, a flair for customer service, and a passion for beauty and fragrance products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver excellent customer service and create sales opportunities.

    • Maintain store presentation, hygiene, and visual merchandising.

    • Ensure fully stocked shelves and engaging product displays.

    • Upsell and cross-sell to meet sales targets.

    • Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash management.

    • Receive, unpack, and merchandise new stock.

    • Stay updated on products, promotions, and brand knowledge.

    • Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Matric (Grade 12)

    • 3+ years retail sales experience

    • Experience in stock management, cash management, and customer service

    • Supervisory or managerial experience advantageous

    • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

    • Track record of overachieving sales targets

    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and promotional skills

    • Friendly, confident, and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently

    • Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
