Arthur Ford is a retail brand specializing in fragrances, health, face, and personal care products. They’re looking for someone enthusiastic, customer-focused, and sales-driven to deliver an exceptional in-store experience as a Brand Ambassador.
This role is ideal for someone with retail experience, a flair for customer service, and a passion for beauty and fragrance products.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and create sales opportunities.

Maintain store presentation, hygiene, and visual merchandising.

Ensure fully stocked shelves and engaging product displays.

Upsell and cross-sell to meet sales targets.

Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash management.

Receive, unpack, and merchandise new stock.

Stay updated on products, promotions, and brand knowledge.

Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements

Minimum Matric (Grade 12)

3+ years retail sales experience

Experience in stock management, cash management, and customer service

Supervisory or managerial experience advantageous

Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Track record of overachieving sales targets

Strong communication, interpersonal, and promotional skills

Friendly, confident, and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently
