Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to identify financial needs and goals.

Provide professional financial advice and recommend suitable financial plans and products.

Develop and implement “fit-for-purpose” financial solutions aligned with clients’ long-term objectives.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through trust and continuous engagement.

Promote Old Mutual’s suite of products and services, including insurance, investments, and savings solutions.

Stay informed of financial market trends and regulatory requirements.

Manage sales data, follow up on leads, and ensure client satisfaction through responsive service.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 (Matriculation Certificate).

Strong interest in financial services, sales, and client advisory roles.

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping others achieve financial success.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn, develop, and work towards professional qualifications (FAIS accreditation advantageous).
