Job Overview
Central Media Group, the company behind OFM, is looking for a Sales Representative to join its advertising and sales team in Bloemfontein.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, growing and servicing the company’s client base, and selling advertising solutions across radio, online platforms and activations.
This is a target-driven role suited to an ambitious sales professional with strong marketing experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Sell advertising solutions across radio, digital/online platforms and activations.
- Develop and grow the client base in Bloemfontein and surrounding areas.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide clients with effective advertising and marketing solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a strong client focus.
- Work independently to achieve sales objectives.
- Manage sales activities effectively while working under pressure.
- Travel to meet clients and conduct business activities as required.
Minimum Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong marketing and sales knowledge.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Ability to work independently.
