Job Overview
The Finance Administrator: Market Audit role is a short-term, fixed-term opportunity within Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa’s Finance team. The purpose of the role is to support a national market audit initiative conducted across all provinces within the CCBSA territory.
The successful candidate will conduct on-site audits at customers, Local Distribution Partners, and strategic distributors. This includes interviewing customers, verifying stock and cooler assets, and compiling accurate audit reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and willingness to travel extensively across South Africa.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Market Audit Execution
Conduct market audits across all provinces within the CCBSA territory
Visit customers, Local Distribution Partners, and strategic distributors
Interview customers and relevant stakeholders during audit visits
Perform stock counts and verify cooler assets
Ensure accuracy and completeness of audit findings
Reporting and Feedback
Provide daily status updates and feedback to management
Consolidate audit findings upon completion of visits
Prepare and submit accurate audit reports
Operational Requirements
Travel extensively across the country as required
Work independently while conducting audits
Manage difficult or sensitive situations professionally
Ensure compliance with audit procedures and company standards
