    Job Overview

     

    The Commercial Sales Representative (Spanish Speaker) is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts by driving renewals, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on retention, risk mitigation, and value realization while acting as a trusted advisor to customers.

     

    The successful candidate will proactively engage with customers, interpret usage and adoption data, and collaborate closely with internal teams to reduce churn and increase product adoption. This position is ideal for a motivated, action-oriented sales professional with a strong customer focus and experience in fast-paced, high-velocity sales environments within the technology sector.

     

    Key Responsibilities

     

    Sales and Renewal Management

     

    • Develop and execute renewal and retention strategies for assigned customer accounts
    • Manage the full sales cycle, with a strong focus on renewals and customer success
    • Navigate objections and challenges to achieve win-win outcomes

     

    Customer Relationship Management

     

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers
    • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and influencing product adoption
    • Guide customers to appropriate support channels as part of DigiCert’s value proposition

     

    Customer Enablement and Adoption

     

    • Educate and enable customers on relevant product functionality and content
    • Drive increased adoption and value optimisation
    • Interpret usage data to identify at-risk customers and mitigate churn

     

    Business Outcomes and Insights

     

    • Define customer business outcomes and develop success plans aligned with priorities, milestones, risks, and metrics
    • Deliver relevant insights aligned with customer workflows
    • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback and insights with cross-functional teams

     

    Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

     

    Essential Requirements

     

    • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
    • Professional working proficiency in English

     

    Experience

     

    • Minimum 1+ years’ experience managing the full sales cycle (inside or field sales)
    • Experience in software, technology, or telecommunications sales (advantageous)
    • Background in transactional, high-velocity sales environments
