    Programme Overview

    The NQF Level 5 Learnership Programme is designed to provide young people with practical workplace experience and industry-relevant training within the automotive sector. Participants will gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and improve their employability while working in a structured learning environment.

    This programme combines theoretical learning with workplace exposure and mentorship from experienced professionals.

    Minimum Requirements

    Applicants must meet all the following requirements:

    Age Requirement

    • Between 18 and 29 years old

    Educational Requirement

    • Grade 12 (Matric)

    SETA Requirement

    • Must not have previously participated in any SETA-funded learnership or programme

    NSFAS Requirement

    • Must not currently be receiving NSFAS funding

    Availability

    • Must be available for the full 12-month duration of the programme

    Location

    • Must reside in the placement area or be willing to relocate
