Sales Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
The Manager is expected to cultivate relationships that enhance sales performance.
Drive solution selling, increasing value-added services to customers
Achieve monthly recurring revenue, share of voice (SOV), and revenue targets
A successful Manager will also showcase strong analytical skills to drive business growth.
Acquire new clients and reduce churn within the existing customer base
Manage forecasting and sales planning with a focus on accuracy and accountability
The role of the Manager includes ensuring that all forecasts align with strategic objectives.
Customer Experience
Ensure exceptional client experiences through timely resolution of issues and billing support
Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement improvement initiatives
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and enhance service delivery
Operational Excellence
Align all sales activities with the overall business plan and company policies
The Manager will also be responsible for optimizing team performance through effective training programs.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
Minimum of a 3-year Degree or Diploma in Commerce (Financial, Marketing, Communication) or related field
Experience
At least 5 years’ experience managing sales teams with targets, preferably in telecommunications
Furthermore, the Manager should demonstrate expertise in fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Proven track record of closing large, strategic deals and growing client relationships
Strong knowledge of sales processes, buying cycles, and technical product offerings
Experience in managing enterprise customers and working within medium to large organizations
Skills
Excellent sales leadership and team management skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
