Tender Overview
The Department of Health Free State is inviting suitably qualified contractors to undertake the major servicing and repair of emergency generators. The project is aimed at ensuring reliable backup power for healthcare facilities and maintaining generators in safe and operational condition.
Scope of Work
The successful contractor will be expected to carry out comprehensive generator servicing and repairs, which may include:
- Diagnosing faults and assessing generator condition.
- Major servicing and overhaul of generator systems.
- Repairing or replacing defective components.
- Servicing fuel and associated systems.
- Inspecting and repairing electrical systems and control panels.
- Conducting necessary mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Performing pre- and post-service testing.
