Tender Objective
To appoint a qualified contractor to provide maintenance and repair of electrical defects and conduct earth leakage testing at GX Real Estate Properties located in the Vaal Triangle, over a five-year period, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with electrical standards.
Scope of Work
The contract includes:

Routine maintenance and repair of electrical defects at GX properties

Earth leakage testing to identify and rectify electrical leakages

Scheduled inspections and testing over a 5-year period

Coordination with property management and ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Technical Requirements
Tenderers must:

Have CIDB grading 4SH or higher

Provide qualified electricians and technicians

Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards

Follow Eskom’s health & safety requirements during execution
Skills & Experience Requirements
