Tender Description
Eskom is inviting bids for a 5-year maintenance and cleaning contract for the main cooling water cooling towers at Lethabo Power Station.
The goal of this contract is to ensure:
- Efficient cooling tower operation
- System cleanliness and reliability
- Environmental compliance
- Long-term operational performance of power station cooling systems
Scope of Work
The service provider will be responsible for:
Cooling Tower Maintenance
- Routine maintenance of cooling towers
- Structural upkeep and system monitoring
- Preventive maintenance activities
Cleaning Services
- Cleaning of cooling towers
- Removal of algae and biological growth
- Pond cleaning and maintenance
- Distribution pipe cleaning and upkeep
System Support Services
- Monitoring cooling water systems
- Supporting operational efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with Eskom standards
Technical Requirements

Experience Requirements
