    • Job Title: Lecturer – Higher Certificate in Business Management (Business Management) (Part-Time)

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver lectures and engage students according to module-specific requirements.

    • Track module progress, identify at-risk students, and provide support.

    • Manage academic resources and consult with the Information Centre.

    • Update learning management systems and provide feedback to students.

    • Develop assessments in coordination with the Central Academic Team.

    • Reflect on and analyze student module results.

    • Attend academic meetings and participate in professional development interventions.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-year Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.

    • 2–3 years lecturing or formal tutoring experience.

    • 1–3 years of industry-specific experience advantageous.

    • Qualification should be one NQF level higher than the qualification being taught.

    • Copy of academic transcript required.

    Key Competencies:

    • Understanding of South African higher education systems and regulatory frameworks.

    • Knowledge of teaching and learning theories and interventions.

    • Ability to support students and work with digital academic platforms.

    • Adaptability to changing environments and adherence to rules.

    • Deadline-oriented with strong time management skills.

    Working Hours:

    • Flexible, remote distance learning model with pre-recorded classes and online student interaction.
