Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures and engage students according to module-specific requirements.
Track module progress, identify at-risk students, and provide support.
Manage academic resources and consult with the Information Centre.
Update learning management systems and provide feedback to students.
Develop assessments in coordination with the Central Academic Team.
Reflect on and analyze student module results.
Attend academic meetings and participate in professional development interventions.
Qualifications:
3-year Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
2–3 years lecturing or formal tutoring experience.
1–3 years of industry-specific experience advantageous.
Qualification should be one NQF level higher than the qualification being taught.
Copy of academic transcript required.
Key Competencies:
Understanding of South African higher education systems and regulatory frameworks.
Knowledge of teaching and learning theories and interventions.
Ability to support students and work with digital academic platforms.
Adaptability to changing environments and adherence to rules.
Deadline-oriented with strong time management skills.
Working Hours:
Flexible, remote distance learning model with pre-recorded classes and online student interaction.
