Job Description:
PDC Group is seeking driven and motivated Testamentary Agents to join their national team. This role is ideal for sales professionals who are passionate about helping clients secure their financial future through estate planning, wills, and testamentary services.
As a Testamentary Agent, you’ll play a critical role in educating and assisting clients with their testamentary needs—while earning generous commission and growing your career within a purpose-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Educate clients on the importance of wills and estate planning

Conduct consultations, either in-person or remotely

Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs

Convert leads into long-term clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships
-
Travel to meet clients (as required, up to 75% travel)

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Submit weekly performance and client reports
Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate (Grade 12) – Required

Minimum 3 years’ sales experience – Preferred

Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license – Required

Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings

Confident, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills

Self-motivated and target-driven
