Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets (commission structure applicable)

Handle stock control and stock ordering

Market parts and workshop services effectively

Display merchandise professionally and maintain shop cleanliness

Manage cash and card transactions accurately

Participate in ongoing training and perform ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications:

Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
-
Good mathematical skills
-
Sales experience, especially in parts, is advantageous

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and within a team

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Conflict management and problem-solving skills
