Job Overview
The PSG Financial Services is seeking a client-focused Insure Adviser Assistant to provide administrative support to financial advisers.
The role emphasizes quality service, client retention, and efficient administration of personal and commercial short-term insurance lines, following the Practice Service model and compliance procedures.
Main Purpose of the Role
To assist advisers with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth policy management, accurate record-keeping, and a high standard of customer service to maximise retention and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update CRM systems (MyPractice / MyBase).
Provide general administration and compliance support.
Prepare quotations for new and existing clients.
Issue new policies, renewals, and endorsements.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Record all relevant client and policy information accurately.
Assist in handling claims.
Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate.
NQF 4 Certificate in Short-Term Insurance (advantageous).
2–5 years’ experience in short-term insurance administration (advantageous).
Competencies & Skills
Proficient in English (spoken and written) plus one other official South African language.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Strong administration, planning, and organisation skills.
Time management and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly client-focused with strong interpersonal abilities
