Job Description
Fidelity Cash Solutions in Welkom is seeking a Base Co-Ordinator to oversee the handling and dispensing of cash. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating vault room activities, managing CIT consignments and ensuring the secure movement and distribution of cash.
The position requires someone with strong numerical and analytical abilities who can work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for vault room duties.
- Plan and coordinate vault room CIT schedules.
- Receive consignments from bulk and team vehicles.
- Sort consignments for CIT teams.
- Balance the vault and ensure it is properly locked and secured.
- Distribute consignments for bulk movement.
- Ensure the security of CIT schedules during transit.
- Manage the movement of CIT consignments in accordance with security procedures.
Requirements
- Grade 12, Matric Certificate or equivalent.
- Clear criminal record.
- PSIRA accreditation – minimum Grade C.
- Demonstrated high numeracy skills.
- Completed firearm training in handgun and rifle.
- Valid SAPS competency certificate.
- Driver’s licence – Code 10 CE.
- Computer literate.
- Experience in the security industry or a similar role.
- CIT Certificate.
