Job Description
Fidelity Cash Solutions in Welkom is looking for a CIT Custodian responsible for the secure and accurate loading of client ATMs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and accounting for cash transactions, maintaining the security of client assets, following key-control procedures and assisting clients when required. The role requires a reliable, alert and assertive individual who can work effectively in a security-sensitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load all assigned ATMs on a daily basis.
- Secure and account for all cash transactions.
- Attend to technical faults on ATMs.
- Balance and accurately handle cash transactions.
- Ensure all client assets are secured at all times.
- Follow all prescribed key-control procedures.
- Complete TransTrack scanning operations.
- Interact with clients and provide assistance.
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance and security.
Requirements
- Clear criminal record.
- PSIRA accreditation – minimum Grade B.
- Completed firearm training in handgun and rifle.
- Valid SAPS competency certificate.
- CIT certificate.
- Experience in the security industry or a similar role.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Computer literate.
