Tender Description
The Independent Development Trust is seeking a supplier to provide and deliver a wide range of stationery products to support administrative and operational activities within the Free State region.
Scope of Work
The supplier will be responsible for supplying and delivering items such as:
- Paper (colored and standard)
- Lever arch files & folders
- Pens, markers, highlighters
- Staplers, staples, paper clips
- Notebooks, diaries, sticky notes
- Scissors, glue sticks, adhesive putty
- Desk organizers & pen holders
- Correction fluid
- USB flash drives
- Binder clips, rubber bands, rulers
- And other office stationery items
All items must be delivered in the required quantities and specifications.
Technical Requirements
- Supply items as per exact RFQ specifications
- Ensure correct quality, size, and packaging
- Deliver within required timelines
- Provide compliant procurement documentation
- Meet government supply chain standards
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in stationery or office supply contracts
- Ability to supply large volumes accurately
- Strong logistics and delivery capability
