Job Purpose
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, promoting the brand, and ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for customers at all times.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand as a store ambassador
- Deliver excellent customer service and shopping experiences
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Keep track of individual sales performance
- Promote and sell a wide range of products
- Stay updated with current fashion and décor trends
- Identify opportunities to generate new sales
- Replenish stock and maintain store readiness
- Assist customers with product information and recommendations
Minimum Requirements
Qualification
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
