Job Purpose
The purpose of the role is to safely collect and deliver clients’ money while ensuring secure transportation procedures, accurate proof of delivery, and compliance with operational security standards.
Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver clients’ money securely
- Receive, sort, and distribute consignments
- Maintain proof of collection and delivery
- Report delays or incidents immediately to management
- Prevent and report suspicious activities
- Maintain radio communication with controllers
- Follow all security and operational procedures
- Assist with incident prevention and risk management
Minimum Requirements
- Clear criminal record
- PSIRA accreditation with minimum Grade C qualification
- Cash in Transit (CIT) Certificate
- Firearm competency certificate with handgun qualification for business purposes
- At least 2 years’ experience in the security industry or similar role (advantageous)
- Clear disciplinary record
- Valid driver’s license is advantageous
- Physically fit and healthy
- Ability to work under pressure
