    Job Description

    Totalsports is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about retail, fashion, sportswear, and customer service. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and assist in maintaining store standards.

    This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the store remains well-stocked and visually appealing.

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Service

    • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
    • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

    Sales

    • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
    • Identify opportunities to generate additional sales.
    • Promote products and current promotions effectively.
    • Monitor personal sales performance against targets.

    Product Knowledge

    • Stay informed about current fashion, sportswear, footwear, and retail trends.
    • Understand product features and benefits to assist customers effectively.

    Store Operations

    • Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising.
    • Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and presentable.
    • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
    • Support daily store operations as required.

    Brand Representation

    • Act as a positive ambassador for the Totalsports brand.
    • Promote the company’s values and customer-focused culture.
    • Contribute to a positive shopping experience.

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualification

    • Grade 12 (Matric).
