Job Description
The Creative Lead serves as the brand custodian and creative authority for all Eduvos visual, digital, and conceptual marketing outputs. The role is responsible for maintaining brand consistency, driving creative excellence, developing innovative marketing campaigns, and ensuring all creative work aligns with Eduvos’ strategic objectives and brand identity.
The successful candidate will bridge the gap between brand strategy and execution, providing creative leadership across marketing, digital, content, student experience, communications, and academic teams.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership and Creative Direction
- Maintain and evolve the Eduvos brand identity and visual language.
- Define and communicate creative standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
- Act as the primary guardian of brand integrity and creative quality.
Creative Strategy and Campaign Development
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling creative concepts.
- Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for multi-channel campaigns.
- Create storyboards, design concepts, and creative direction documents.
- Drive innovation and creative excellence across campaigns.
Creative Production and Quality Assurance
- Review and approve creative work before submission to the Studio Manager.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand and quality standards.
- Maintain and update:
- Brand guidelines
- Design templates
- Creative toolkits
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
Research and Innovation
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Research emerging design technologies and creative approaches.
- Recommend innovative creative solutions.
- Continuously improve creative outputs based on campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Studio Manager to prioritize workloads.
- Collaborate with:
- Marketing teams

- Provide creative guidance to agencies and freelancers.
Stakeholder Management
- Work with internal stakeholders to clarify campaign objectives and creative requirements.
- Provide strategic creative feedback and recommendations.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and creative rationale effectively.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and creative outputs.
Reporting and Insights
- Analyze creative performance and effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations for improvement.
- Report on brand consistency and creative trends.
- Support the Studio Manager with creative reporting and strategic insights.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Honours Degree in:
- Graphic Design
- Marketing
- Fine Arts
- Creative Communications
- Related fields
Advantageous
- Master’s Degree.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in senior creative roles.
- Experience within:
- Advertising agencies
- In-house creative teams
- Extensive experience producing multi-channel creative campaigns.
