Responsibilities:
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
Attend to patient and customer requests to ensure a positive dining experience
Keep all food and beverage areas fully stocked, clean, and tidy
Support the Unit Manager with daily service operations
Ensure high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Matric (essential)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in the hospitality industry
Customer service experience
