The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering engaging and relevant course content, particularly in entrepreneurship, general management, supply chain, and contact centre operations. This role includes monthly travel, making it well-suited to professionals who are flexible and committed to adult education.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate structured learning sessions for adult students across multiple subject areas

Deliver training in areas such as:

Entrepreneurship

General Management

Supply Chain Management

Contact Centre Operations

Ensure lessons are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with curriculum objectives

Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback

Maintain classroom discipline and encourage a supportive learning environment

Occasionally travel and stay overnight for training sessions (one week per month)
Minimum Requirements:

Experience in adult education or training is beneficial

Strong knowledge of subject matter in business, management, or operational disciplines

Willingness and ability to sleep out for one week per month due to training commitments
