Job Description
This role leads the in-house creative studio responsible for producing all marketing content and creative assets across the institution.
You will ensure:
- High-quality creative output (design, video, digital, print)
- On-time delivery of marketing campaigns
- Strong brand consistency across all channels
- Efficient studio workflow and team coordination
In simple terms: you manage the creative production engine behind all marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Studio Leadership
- Lead and manage the internal creative studio team
- Oversee designers, content creators, and multimedia specialists
- Ensure high-quality creative output across all campaigns
2. Workflow & Production Management
- Translate marketing plans into production schedules
- Manage deadlines and creative pipelines
- Implement workflow systems (e.g., Monday.com)
- Ensure smooth production from brief → delivery
3. Brand Governance & Quality Control
- Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
- Review and approve creative work for quality standards
- Ensure alignment with institutional branding
4. Resource & Capacity Management
- Allocate work across creative team members
- Balance workloads and deadlines
- Optimize studio efficiency and output
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with:
- Marketing teams
- Digital teams
- Sales teams
- Campus teams
- Translate campaign needs into creative deliverables
6. Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage studio production budgets
- Oversee external suppliers and freelancers
- Ensure cost-effective production
7. Campaign Delivery
- Ensure all creative assets are delivered on time
- Support multi-channel campaigns:
- Digital
- Social media
- Video
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Graphic Design
- Creative Communications
- Marketing
- Multimedia (or related field)
- Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
- Project management or digital marketing certification is a plus
Experience
- 6–8 years in creative production/design/multimedia
- 3–5 years in management of creative teams
- Experience in:
- Agency or in-house studio environments
- High-volume marketing production
- Vendor and freelancer management
- Multi-channel campaigns
