Job Description
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing marketing campaign workflows to ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.
You will act as the central coordination hub between:
- Creative teams
- Sales teams
- Digital marketing teams
- Operations
- External suppliers
In simple terms: you make sure marketing campaigns run smoothly from idea to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign & OOH Coordination
- Manage outdoor advertising (billboards, radio, mall screens, digital signage)
- Coordinate campaign workflow from brief to final execution
- Track approvals, artwork, and media handovers
- Maintain campaign calendars (Monday.com)
- Monitor budgets and campaign spend
2. Production & Collateral Management
- Oversee production of brochures, guides, signage, and marketing materials
- Manage design briefs, proofing, and approvals
- Coordinate with printing vendors
- Support distribution of materials across campuses
3. Workflow & Process Management
- Track all marketing projects using Monday.com
- Monitor deadlines, risks, and dependencies
- Improve workflow efficiency and reduce delays
- Ensure standardised processes across teams
4. Stakeholder Management
- Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Ensure approvals and sign-offs are completed on time
- Maintain brand consistency and governance standards
- Support smooth campaign execution
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in:
- Marketing
- Project Management
- Communication (or related field)
Experience
- 3–5 years experience in:
- Traffic coordination OR
- Project management OR
- Campaign production
- Experience working with:
- Multiple vendors
- Tight deadlines
- Creative production workflows
Skills Required
- Strong organisation and planning skills

- Budget tracking and procurement knowledge
- MS Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Monday.com or similar workflow tools
