Job Overview
TFG is recruiting a Store Manager (40-hour) for @home at Loch Logan Waterfront, Bloemfontein. This full-time, on-site role is suited to a results-driven retail leader with strong commercial acumen, exceptional people skills, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
As Store Manager, you will drive sales performance, control costs, manage stock integrity, and lead a motivated team while bringing @home’s luxury-meets-functionality brand promise to life in store
Key Responsibilities

Drive turnover to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Control expenses and manage store budgets effectively

Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage aligns with company standards

Lead people management processes, including recruitment, development, performance management, and employee relations

Execute in-store merchandising strategies and maintain visual standards

Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by executing the customer service strategy

Ensure operational excellence through adherence to policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12)

Minimum 3 years’ retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role
