Job Overview
TFG is recruiting a Store Manager (45-hour) for Relay Jeans at Goldfields Mall, Welkom. This on-site, full-time role is ideal for a youthful, brand-aligned retail leader who is sales-growth and KPI driven, with strong expense control, operational excellence, and a customer-first mindset.
As Store Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, drive turnover, manage stock and shrinkage, and deliver a standout denim retail experience aligned to Relay Jeans’ youthful, on-trend brand promise.
Key Responsibilities

Drive turnover to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Control store expenses and manage budgets effectively

Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage remains within company standards

Lead people management activities, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and employee relations

Execute in-store merchandising strategies and maintain brand standards

Deliver exceptional customer service by executing the customer service strategy

Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations

Maintain strong operational controls and compliance with policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12)

Minimum 3 years’ retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role
