Daisy Business Solutions, a leading provider of business technology solutions, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Account Manager to expand its client base and manage long-term customer relationships across multiple regions in the Free State and Northern Cape.
This role focuses on generating new business, driving revenue growth across multiple product lines, and ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
-
Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.

Upsell and cross-sell a broad range of technology products and services.

Assist the sales team in achieving monthly revenue and performance targets.

Actively pursue opportunities across Bloemfontein, Welkom, Kimberley, De Aar, and Vryburg.
2. Account Management
-
Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships.

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention of the existing client base.

Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

Identify customer needs and propose suitable business solutions.
3. Product & Market Expertise

Maintain extensive product knowledge in at least two of the following:

Multifunction printers
-
Telecom systems
-
Security systems
-
Energy systems
-
Connectivity solutions
-
Software (EDMS, IT solutions, etc.)

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
-
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
-
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field (advantageous)
Experience
-
Minimum 2 years sales experience within the Free State region
-
Strong product knowledge in at least 2 relevant solution categories

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
