Job Description:
Mysoft, a long-standing Sage X3 partner in the UK, is expanding globally and looking to hire its first Sage X3 Support Consultant based in South Africa. As part of a remote team, you’ll support customers across the Sage X3, Sage Intacct, and X3CloudDocs platforms—playing a vital role in diagnosing and resolving software issues while building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer software issues and provide expert-level support.
Manage the full incident lifecycle from logging to resolution, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed and reassured throughout the process.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or high-impact issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
Identify recurring problems and work with the team to develop permanent solutions.
Use and manage support tickets through tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or ServiceNow.
Participate in customer and internal meetings as needed.
Maintain a customer-first approach, contributing to satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Requirements:
Extensive Sage X3 experience in a support role (required).
Experience diagnosing and resolving software issues in a customer-facing environment.
Solid understanding of business processes, especially in finance, distribution, or manufacturing.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and other Office tools.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive in sharing knowledge.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and product development.
Ability to travel to the UK for induction and occasional business visits.
Must have a valid work permit or unrestricted right to work in South Africa.
