     JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Receptionist is responsible for providing professional frontline service and administrative support at the campus.

    This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff, ensuring a welcoming environment while supporting daily administrative and operational activities.

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

     Frontline & Customer Service

    • Greet and assist all visitors, students, and staff
    • Ensure a professional and welcoming reception area
    • Manage visitor sign-in processes and notify staff of arrivals

     Administrative Support

    • Provide general administrative assistance to departments
    • Handle filing, data capturing, and document management
    • Support campus operations and office tasks

     Communication & Coordination

    • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
    • Communicate effectively with internal departments
    • Assist with coordination of campus activities

     Mail & Logistics

    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
    • Ensure proper tracking and distribution

     Student & Campus Support

    • Assist with enrolment processes
    • Support various campus departments with ad hoc tasks
    • Provide procurement-related support when required

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • 2–3 years’ relevant work experience

    Advantageous

    • Office Management qualification
    • Experience in an educational or administrative environment
