JOB DESCRIPTION
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients, including professionals and affluent individuals.
The role focuses on delivering tailored banking solutions, understanding client needs (business and personal), and ensuring long-term client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
This is a client-facing, sales-driven banking role with a strong focus on relationship building and financial advisory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients

Sales & Business Growth
- Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell products

Financial Advisory

Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- NQF Level 6 qualification in:

- Finance
- Or related field
- FAIS accreditation (mandatory)
