     JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients, including professionals and affluent individuals.

    The role focuses on delivering tailored banking solutions, understanding client needs (business and personal), and ensuring long-term client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

    This is a client-facing, sales-driven banking role with a strong focus on relationship building and financial advisory.

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

     Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients
    • Understand clients’ personal, household, and business financial needs
    • Provide tailored banking and financial solutions
    • Maintain a strong client portfolio

     Sales & Business Growth

    • Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell products
    • Achieve sales targets and performance goals

     Financial Advisory

    • Conduct detailed needs analysis for clients
    • Recommend appropriate banking products and services
    • Collaborate with specialists for complex solutions

     Customer Service

    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

     Risk & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with FAIS and banking regulations
    • Follow internal policies, procedures, and risk frameworks

    • Complete tasks and reporting accurately
    • Maintain proper records and documentation

     Personal Development

     Minimum Requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • NQF Level 6 qualification in:
      • Business
      • Finance
      • Or related field
    • FAIS accreditation (mandatory)

    Technical Knowledge

    • Banking regulations and compliance
    • Data analysis and business writing
