North Point Realty Group is seeking ambitious, high-performance Real Estate Agents / Regional Managers to join their national team. The role is fully remote, based in Mangaung, Free State, and offers a highly competitive commission-based earning model (up to an 80/20 split), backed by a strong coaching, mentoring, and training culture. You will work across commercial, industrial, and residential real estate, handling sales, leasing, prospecting, and client management while growing your own team for additional profit-share income.
Job Summary
As a Real Estate Agent/Regional Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing property opportunities, managing listings, conducting negotiations, and closing transactions. You will also build and lead your own team to earn additional profit share. North Point provides structured training through its academy, teaching the “7 Steps to Dominate Your Market” and “4 Disciplines of Execution.” This role requires strong entrepreneurial spirit, goal orientation, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Sales & Leasing

Handle sales and leasing of various property types:
— Commercial (offices, warehouses, factories)
— Industrial
— Commercial land
— Investments
— Residential
— New developments -
Prospect for new corporate tenants, buyers, and sellers.

Canvass for vacancies across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Network with sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and other property industry stakeholders.

Match tenants/buyers with suitable vacancies or properties.

Manage client relationships professionally and strategically.
Listings & Marketing
-
Add property listings to the company’s marketing platforms.

Ensure accurate, well-presented listings to attract interest.
Negotiation & Deal Management

Negotiate and draft lease and sales agreements.

Manage the full deal cycle from prospecting to closing.
Team Leadership (Regional Manager Portion)

Build and manage your own team of agents.

Earn up to 6% profit share from every transaction completed by team members.

Use North Point’s accountability systems to drive team performance.
Compensation Structure
A. Personal Production Income

80% commission split (team leaders/agents).

6 weeks average time to close your first deal.

Estimated earnings:

Year 1: R400k – R600k

B. Team Profit Share

Up to 6% profit share from each transaction completed by your team.

Job Requirements
Must-Haves
-
Valid FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate).

Able to consistently achieve minimum R15 million turnover per year.

Your own reliable transport, laptop, and smartphone (non-negotiable).
