    Job Description

    The Funeral Agent will take ownership of the agency by managing daily operations, supervising staff, growing the business, and ensuring excellent funeral service delivery to clients and families.

    This role is suitable for someone entrepreneurial, customer-focused, and capable of leading a team while building strong community relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    Agency and Business Management

    • Manage the daily operations of the funeral agency.
    • Take ownership of business growth and agency performance.
    • Develop strategies to increase clients and revenue.
    • Ensure operational efficiency and professionalism.

    Staff Leadership

    • Recruit, train, and manage agency staff.
    • Build and lead a productive team environment.

    Minimum Requirements

    Applicants should have:

    • Matric / Grade 12.
    • Valid driver’s licence.
    • Clean credit record (ITC).
    • FAIS accreditation.
    • Strong leadership and business management ability.

    Preferred Experience

    The following would be advantageous:
