     Job Overview:

    Liberty ECM is seeking a confident, driven, and opportunity-focused individual to provide financial advice and tailored benefit solutions to clients. The role centers around managing and growing a client portfolio, building long-term relationships, and contributing to business success.

     Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions from Liberty’s offerings.

    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

    • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development.

    • Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative standards.

    • Review client portfolios regularly to assess changing needs.

    • Keep up to date with market, product, and industry knowledge.

    • Report progress and sales activity to the business.

     Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Internal: Fraud prevention, compliance, business updates.

    • External: Individual clients, work sites, government departments, and mid-market segments.

     Minimum Requirements:

    Education:

    • Matric (Grade 12)Essential

    • FAIS-recognized qualificationMust be obtained within 6 years of DOFA (Date of First Appointment)

    Equipment:

    • Laptop or tabletEssential

    Experience:

    • Face-to-face or telephone sales experiencePreferred

     Knowledge & Skills:

    Industry Knowledge:

    • Understanding of financial products and market trends.

    • Broad awareness of industry risks and compliance requirements.

    Technical & Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication (verbal and written)

    • Customer service and relationship-building skills

    • Presentation skills for both formal and informal engagements

    • Strong integrity, resilience, and adaptability

    • Business acumen and planning/organizing ability

    • Ability to follow procedures and comply with regulations
