Job Overview:
Liberty ECM is seeking a confident, driven, and opportunity-focused individual to provide financial advice and tailored benefit solutions to clients. The role centers around managing and growing a client portfolio, building long-term relationships, and contributing to business success.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions from Liberty’s offerings.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development.

Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative standards.

Review client portfolios regularly to assess changing needs.

Keep up to date with market, product, and industry knowledge.

Report progress and sales activity to the business.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Internal: Fraud prevention, compliance, business updates.

External: Individual clients, work sites, government departments, and mid-market segments.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:

Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
-
FAIS-recognized qualification – Must be obtained within 6 years of DOFA (Date of First Appointment)
Equipment:

Laptop or tablet – Essential
Experience:

Face-to-face or telephone sales experience – Preferred
Knowledge & Skills:
Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of financial products and market trends.
