The Customer Support role at Jonsson Workwear (Bloemfontein) is a customer-facing, in-store position focused on delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term customer relationships. As the primary in-store point of contact, the Customer Support team member plays a vital role in connecting customers with the right workwear while ensuring a seamless, accurate, and engaging experience from enquiry to fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Engagement
Provide outstanding, in-store customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
Act as the first point of contact for customers, representing the Jonsson Workwear brand with professionalism, confidence, and charisma.
Build new customer relationships while strengthening existing partnerships through personalised service.
Customer Needs & Solutions
Understand each customer’s specific workwear requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
Use strong product knowledge to recommend appropriate workwear solutions that meet or surpass customer needs.
Adapt service approaches to suit a wide range of customers and industries.
Sales Support & Service Delivery
Ensure a smooth customer journey, from recommending solutions to processing customer requests accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer interactions with urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
Follow up on customer requests and commitments, ensuring timely and reliable fulfilment.
Communication & Teamwork
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless in-store operations.
