    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The CRM Executive is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while driving sales growth and account performance.

    This role focuses on working closely with key clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating internal teams to deliver effective service solutions.

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

     Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
      (including decision-makers like Finance Directors, Managing Directors, CEOs)
    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

     Sales & Account Growth

    • Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
    • Develop strategies to increase account profitability

     Client Needs & Solutions

    • Proactively assess and understand customer needs
    • Provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
    • Ensure services align with client expectations

     Internal Coordination

    • Work with internal teams (support, service, management)
    • Ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
    • Coordinate resources to meet performance objectives

     Performance & Reporting

    • Achieve assigned budgets and targets
    • Monitor account performance
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in:
      • Business Administration
      • Logistics
      • Marketing
      • Or related field (preferred)
    • 5–6 years’ experience in:
      • CRM management
      • Customer service
      • Marketing (preferably in logistics or e-commerce)

    Technical Skills

    • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
    • Computer literacy
