    Job Description

    Food Preparation & Production

    • Prepare food for daily kitchen production according to menu requirements

    • Ensure food is cooked, presented, and served to required standards

    • Assist with preparation for special dietary requirements

    Food Safety & Hygiene

    • Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

    Customer Service

    • Deliver quality food service that meets customer expectations

    • Apply customer service principles in daily kitchen operations

    Teamwork & Operations

    • Work effectively as part of a kitchen team

    • Assist colleagues where required to ensure smooth kitchen operations

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cook in a contract catering environment (essential)
