Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities on-site
-
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and per specification

Manage and lead construction teams
-
Enforce quality standards and regulatory compliance
-
Apply and enforce health and safety protocols
-
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
-
Track and report on project progress
-
Manage and adjust construction schedules
-
Provide on-site training and guidance to team members
-
Apply basic civil survey and setting-out skills to ensure task accuracy
Requirements:
-
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
-
5+ years’ experience in construction
-
5+ years’ experience in the solar industry (essential)
-
Solid knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
-
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
-
Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel to sites
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bonus Certifications (Advantageous):

CCM (Certified Construction Manager)

OSHA Certification
