Key Responsibilities:

Manage mechanical systems and equipment across projects

Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical operations

Supervise mechanical engineers and technicians
-
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
-
Implement preventative and corrective maintenance schedules
-
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
-
Align mechanical operations with overall project goals
-
Ensure work quality meets regulatory standards

Mentor, train, and guide team members
-
Maintain good documentation and records of mechanical activities
Minimum Requirements:
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
-
5+ years’ experience in mechanical supervision, preferably in construction and solar industry
-
CMRP / OSHA certification (advantageous)
-
Valid Driver’s License (Code 10 or 14)

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

Familiarity with CAD software

Excellent organizational and problem-solving ability

Good understanding of safety standards and mechanical regulations

Comfortable using mechanical hand tools
